Lets start from the beginning with a 12 week workout program.  This program will take you from a beginning step to be able to customize your workout program.

Perhaps you have chosen not to have exercised in a long period of time and you don’t know where to start. These simple, well instructed videos will show you how to customize your workout program. Each program only requires an exercise band, small hand weights and a chair. Each video is an all body workout program. Once you feel comfortable with the warm ups and exercises you should be able to accomplish the workout in a 25 minute time period. Easy to do on your lunch hour from your computer!

Video #1- Is a great place to start with exercise bands, a chair to use for balance, and sitting exercises. Clear and accurate instructions, will help you customize the program to your personal needs.

Video #2- A step up in difficulty to carefully take you to the next level. The only equipment required is exercise band, 5lbs weights, and a chair. Clear instructions and motivational ideas will guide you for the next 4 weeks.

Video #3-To keep you challenged this last video will be a great step towards your goals to gain strength and meet your fitness goals. Equipment required will be exercise band, 5# weights, and a chair.

These three videos are designed to tone up your lower and upper body and to increase your strength and balance at a intensity equal to your comfort level.

I would suggest you workout with each video 2 or 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Then go on to the next video for the following 4 weeks. This will give you a fitness plan for the next 12 weeks.
